This Corrosion by the Sisters of Mercy

This Corrosion is a choral, almost gospel-like darkwave song that was released in 1987. It also debuts in the movie “The World’s End”. Although the main singer, Andrew Eldritch, has stated in many interviews that their music is not a part of the darkwave and gothic rock genres, many listeners today would agree that his band has been influential to many new wave and indie artists today.
